-
Pictures will be taken at dress rehearsal this year as students exit the stage. ONLY CASH OR CHECK IS AVAILABLE FOR PAYMENT.
-
Be sure to view our summer schedule of classes and sign up!
-
DO NOT wear costumes to and from the theater and be sure to complete any sewing well in advance before rehearsal.
Extra Rehearsals
Be sure to view the schedule for the week of May 13-16 for the 30 minute extra rehearsals at the studio. Please note this rehearsal will take the place of your regular class that week. These rehearsals, as well as the dress rehearsals, are mandatory and necessary for all dancers. The absence of one student affects all of the dancers participating. ANY STUDENT NOT IN ATTENDANCE to either the 30 minute rehearsal or dress rehearsal will be prohibited from performing in the recital-no exceptions. Be sure to wear practice clothes (NOT your costume) and arrive at least 10 minutes early.
Mandatory Dress Rehearsal
*All rehearsals are held at Thomas Dale High School
-
Report to the auditorium or dressing room for group instructions first. Please be at least 10 minutes early.
-

-
When your class is finished with pictures you may leave.
-
Absolutely no food or drinks allowed in the entire building. NO chewing gum allowed at any time. DO NOT eat or drink while in costume.
-
After receiveing instructions in the auditorium or rehearsal hall, individual classes will be sent to their assigned dressing rooms to change into their costumes. Each class will then go to the auditorium to await their rehearsal on stage.
-
Please read the following schedule carefully to determine when your class rehearses. The process should take no longer than an hour for one dancer.
Parent Volunteers Needed

We need parent volunteers to stay in the dressing rooms during the show. These parents will help keep the dancers calm and in a group while awaiting their performance time. Also, the dancers will sometimes need assistance with thier costume, makeup, or hair.
At dress rehearsal, no student 12 years and younger may be left without adult supervision. Please make plans to stay with your child during this time.
Without our parents volunteers our program would not go on as smoothy as it does. If you feel that you could give some extra time to help during the recital performance please fill out the form in the recital newsletter or speak with Ms. Pam. This is a great way to experience the excitment of the backstage!
